Payment, scheduling, and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation terms, trip charges, permit costs, utility coordination, and inspection requirements are handled through the applicable estimate, invoice, Jobber request, or written communication for the job.

Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

The lifetime workmanship guarantee applies to workmanship performed by Shepherd Electrical for the life of that installation, subject to reasonable exclusions.

• It does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear, customer-supplied parts, pre-existing wiring, utility issues, storm or water damage, misuse, inaccessible conditions, work changed by others, or code changes after installation.
• Warranty review may require job records, photos, access to the installation, and confirmation that the issue is related to Shepherd Electrical workmanship.
